Vagrant Shifter

Vagrant Shifter is a morbid Earthbound-inspired RPG about alien parasites, wild creatures and the dead.

This game contains frequent depictions of death, violent imagery, and mutilated corpses. It's also generally a bit morbid.
Discretion is advised.

Shortly after your creation, a catastrophic event forces you and two others to flee from your home land. You escape through a portal only to crash land in an unfamiliar world. Your quest is simple: navigate the unknown world, find your companions, and return to your home land - though along the way you may learn it's not all it was cracked up to be.
The only hint you were given to help you survive in this world was a single line:

Find a corpse.

• Use shapeshifting powers to navigate a Zelda-like overworld
• Defeat a variety of foes with a unique turn-based combat system
• Overcome challenging puzzles and minigames
• Customise your experience with a multitude of difficulty sliders
